Wonders: HIT the BOTTOM

It's just like any other addiction people suffer from, you keep seeing hands reaching out for your help.. you hear voices offering you advice. You hear about it, you watch others suffering.. others getting help. BUT!!!!

You can never get help unless you want to, until you HIT the BOTTOM, and realize that you don't want to stay like this any more. You see a future different from the dark one you visualized before. When -like any other person- is not good enough for you.. when you just want more.

Only then you will start looking around for help and hopefully you get it.

I am there now, I HIT the BOTTOM, i don't want to stay like this any more!

Before any of you out there start getting ideas of what i am talking about, let me spare you the trouble :) i am addicted to feeling misreable and having low self esteem.

But with the help of a very proffessional person i know, yes the person who is giving me the training, i will read this again one day not far from now and laugh!! :D

2nd, I don't think you hit the bottom yet, neither near from it! As someone says that the groove is in his heart, but when he really thinks about it, it's more like his heart stuck in a certain groove.
From your blog, and the decision of your management to let you attend the training, I can see that people around you like and appreciate you, so you don't have to feel miserable.
The professional person will not create something doesn't exist in you. Instead, he or she will only help you to use it. You are the angel of your own personal heaven.
Maybe be the professional could let you change your nick from wonders to wonderful :-)
